    Chris has worked in nearly every healthcare setting serving in different functions from analyst to managing director. His experience includes acquisitions, divestitures, financing, construction, development and management, all in the healthcare sector. Early in his career he developed a passion for gathering and analyzing data within the healthcare field. He has a profound understanding of reimbursement and cost components for treating patients in hospitals and clinics.

    Having owned and operated successful and unsuccessful hospitals, he knows what information is paramount to operating a successful facility. He has assisted in arranging for over $50,000,000 in financing for Simba Holdings. He was directly responsible for the development of the Integra Hospital Plano, which has been featured in numerous publications and has won the ABC award for renovation in healthcare construction. Mr. LeBlanc also successfully negotiated a buyout of a 43 bed IRF facility in Baton Rouge in February of 2006. In April of 2006, he completed an approximately $45,000,000 sale/leaseback transaction of the Plano and Baton Rouge facilities.

    Mr. LeBlanc is the CEO of Meridian Hospital Systems Corporation and is fulfilling his career dream of bringing meaningful and actionable data to hospitals, thereby guiding them to operate more profitably by eliminating wasteful spending and identifying untapped revenue sources within their own organizations. Mr. LeBlanc received his B.B.A in Finance from Baylor University.

    Mr. LeBlanc has over 30 years in the Healthcare industry across the entire spectrum of healthcare. As a Co-Founder and President/CEO/Chairman of LifeCare Hospitals and Subsidiaries of Plano, he grew this Specialty Hospital Company (LTACH) from one 22-bed hospital to over 900 beds in 9 states, utilizing both freestanding and hospital-in a -hospital models. Success was achieved by developing a new kind of Specialty Hospital that uses a clinical model, which produced better outcomes at a lower cost for medically complex patients. With this new specialty hospital he developed a marketing strategy that educated clinical personnel on how to educate physicians, case managers, insurance companies, hospital discharge planners and social workers, etc, as to the benefits of this new program that produced an occupancy rate throughout the system of better than 75%.

    In 2005 LifeCare was sold to the Carlyle Group for over $550 million dollars and is still the largest LTACH acquisition in the history of the industry.

    Craig Stamm is a proven senior executive with extensive management experience in emerging-growth technology companies. He has led businesses in high-growth environments - driving growth through both organic and acquisition strategies. As President of Authentix, Mr. Stamm helped expand Authentix into a global company that conducted business in over 25 countries working with Global 1000 Corporations and Government Agencies/ Ministries. In 2007, he led Authentix into the currency authentication business and helped build that business unit into a globally-recognized industry leader. Prior to serving as President, Mr. Stamm served as CFO and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development where he led Authentix’ acquisition growth strategy. In 2008, the company was sold to The Carlyle Group and J.H. Whitney. Prior to Authentix, Mr. Stamm served as the CFO of Headhunter.net, an online recruiting firm. In 2001, after three years of rapid growth, the company was acquired by CareerBuilder.com, a company owned by a newspaper syndicate of the Chicago Tribune and Knight-Ridder. Post-closing of the acquisition, Mr. Stamm remained on as CFO of the combined entity. Before joining Headhunter, Mr. Stamm worked in the investment banking industry with CitiGroup and SG Cowen. Mr. Stamm holds an M.B.A from Columbia University and a B.A. from Tulane University. In 2008, Mr. Stamm was a finalist for Dallas Business Journal CFO of the Year for emerging-growth companies. He is an active member of YPO and serves on the Board of Advisors for Telos Fitness Center. He currently resides in Dallas with his wife Shannon and children, Sidney and Aden.
